Scanning Bolus in the Yards

Pat Gunston of AllFlex Australia scanning a Bolus at a Bunya Beef field day. The Bolus lodges in the animals rumen. The scanner then reads the NLIS numbers and transfers them to the computer. Other relevant management data can then be added to this animals ID.

The EID number is all that is stored in the national database.
